UKiset 介紹
UKiset是很多英國私立中學對非英國籍的海外學生進行能力檢定的一個線上測試。這項考試成績提供英國學校公平的辨別考生各項訴值得評量。該考試從發展能力，學習潛能與英文能力進行綜合測驗，幫助學校來了解考生各項學習能力的優缺點以及學習偏好。UKiset將學生從以下5個領域進行全方位綜合評估：
1. 文字推理 （根據詞彙解決問題）
2. 非文字推理（根據圖形、圖表等示意圖解決問題）
3. 數學（運用數學概念和技能解決實際問題）
4. 空間思維能力 （對腦中的二維或者三維空間裡的圖形進行選擇和疊加）
5. 英語 （語法、詞彙、閱讀理解、聽力和創意寫作
考試注意事項:
時間：UKiset考試時間為1小時45分鐘

考試報告：考試報告會在考試結束後的兩到三個工作日發至註冊時的連絡人電郵箱

考試地點：考生可選擇在國內的指定考試中心參加考試，在英國的考生可在倫敦的考試中心或者在指定的學校參加考試

誰可以參加UKiset考試？
UKiset是針對9歲半至18歲的，英語為非母語的學生而設立的。UKiset能比較與英國同齡孩子的智力和能力， 也能用 CEFR（歐洲語言能力對照表）的判定標準向學校反映學生的英語水準。
．希望進入英國私立日學校
．希望進入英國寄宿學校
．希望進入英國語言學校或者國際學習中心
．希望清楚自己的能力，與英國同齡孩子進行比較
．在進入以英語為交流語言的學校前，希望測試一下自己，看是否達到目標
．老師幫學生設定目標，每六個月做一次測驗，確保學生每半年都有效的進步
．非英語教學的學校，也可以用UKiset考試作為評估學生智力和英語水準的考試，以展示學生在校期間的進步成果。
UKiset考試成績單
家長收到的成績單
學校一般不會將學生參加入學考試的成績回饋給家長。但是參加UKiset考試的學生家長，在考生考完後就會收到由考試中心提供的家長報告，獲得考生的考試成績及報告。
家長收到的成績單會包含以下資訊：
．各版塊成績
．對比英國學生的成績
．包含文字推理的總成績和不包含文字推理的總成績
．英語聽力、英語閱讀成績及對應的CEFR（歐洲語言能力對照表）水準
學校收到的成績單
學校會收到一份參加UKiset考試並且申請該校的考生的綜合報告。
學校將UKiset成績報告單用於以下幾個方面：
．過濾申請者，因為學校往往會收到遠大於錄取人數的申請
．作為獨立 的入學考試
．為小學畢業生提供升學資料，展示學習潛力
．監控在校生的進步情況，並針對弱項加以幫助
．為A-level學生提供一個預估成績的機會，更好地申請UCAS
．學校收到的成績單內容是機密的，並只能使用於學校申請。
哪些學校承認UKiset考試成績？
目前為止，全英國共有240多所學校已將UKiset考試作為入學篩選的必要過程。在不久的將來，全英國所有學校都將承認UKiset考試成績，並將UKiset考試作為入學篩選的必要考試。學生能使用UKiset考試成績申請全英任意一所學校，因為UKiset考試成績單能將考生和英國同齡申請人直接比較，並對考生的學習潛力和英語水準提供有家長的評估資訊，能使招生部門有效且快速地作出評估。
學校對UKiset考試的使用方式各不相同。有些學校直接將UKiset報告單作為評估學生是否符合學校招生的標準（可能還需要參加其他學校考試），有些學校將UKiset作為入學考試。
